Method referenceThe preparation
Heat the water, grind the coffee, and rinse the filter in the Tricolate. Add the coffee and tare your scale.
Pour 100 g evenly over 30 seconds.
Fit the shower head and gently add the remaining 300 g. Let the brew finish near four minutes.
Remove the brewer when the water has drained, swirl the carafe, and serve immediately.
