Heat the water, grind the coffee, and rinse the filter in the dripper and Drip Assist. Add the coffee and tare your scale.
Pour 100 g around the outside of the coffee bed.
At 45 seconds pour to 250 g through the centre, then finish to 500 g at 1:30.
Remove the brewer when the water has drained, swirl the carafe, and serve immediately.
